MEET SARAH

Care that begins with listening.

Sarah Missal is a Registered Nurse and Myofascial Release specialist. Her nursing career taught her that healing is about far more than a diagnosis.

For years, Sarah cared for people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives, from NICU babies to hospice patients. Every person's story, experiences, and goals mattered then, and they matter here.

While working in healthcare, she often met people who continued to struggle with pain despite excellent medical care. Many had tried medications, injections, physical therapy, or surgery and still felt limited.

That journey led her to the John F. Barnes Approach® to Myofascial Release. It looks beyond where pain is felt to find the fascial restrictions contributing to dysfunction throughout the body. Rather than forcing change, it gives the body the time and environment it needs to release restrictions naturally.

As a nurse, Sarah brings a broad understanding of anatomy, physiology, surgery, medications, and chronic illness. As a practitioner, she brings something just as important: the belief that every person deserves to be listened to without judgment.

"Every patient deserves to be listened to without judgment and cared for with compassion."
